I won’t teach you anything by saying that Indian food is spicy. Yogurt is usually used to act as a fire extinguisher, in a form of a lassi drink or raita.
It is very simple to put together and is so refreshing! Salvation on a plate!
Try it with my Indian prawn curry, or aubergine curry or tandoori chicken.
I say Miam Miam & Yum to that! Do you?
Cucumber raita

- ¼ tsp grated garlic
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- 2 sprigs coriander, chopped finely
- juice of half a lemon
- salt & pepper
- 100g Greek yogurt
Method
- Simply mix all the ingredients together and enjoy straight away!
Raita
